Here I suggest you download the simplest software "HANDBRAKE", which is I am using for my video compression. This is one of the easiest software I found for me. For beginners, it is very easy to work. 

Search HANDBRAKE'', in your browser, install to your PC, it is a very small software, need very less time to install. 

Follow the instructions as I have shown in my Tutorial. This Tutorial is not for Advanced Users. This is just for beginners. 

In my opinion, you have no need to use other options on HandBrake, simply clicking 'WEB OPTIMIZED', is enough for 

compressing your video quickly and easily without losing the quality of your video. It will be automatically converted to 

Mp4 Format. This file format you can upload to any of your social networks. Even you can send in your WhatsApp also.
